How to use

Cleanse the skin and apply a conductive gel or water-based skincare product.

Turn on MIRA and select the desired modes (see instructions).

Start the massage from the neck, moving from top to bottom towards the collarbones.

Treat the face, moving along the massage lines from bottom to top (from chin to forehead) and from the center to the periphery.

For maximum effect: preparation (heating + vibration, 2 min), main stage (microcurrents + LED, 6 min), fixation (cold, up to 2 min).

Contraindications

Do not use in the presence of a pacemaker, metal implants in the treatment area, oncology, or pregnancy. Do not apply to damaged skin.
